neutrogena has a body wash w/ 2% salicylic acid, it works well, or go to a pharmacy and see if they will order some benzoylperoxide soap, i use it, it comes from my pharmacy and is over the counter. you have to be careful w/ the benzoyl peroxide though b/c it will bleach your towels and wash clothes, but it works well. also, use luke warm water, and shower only once per day, any more often will cause over production of body oil.

http://www.drugstore.com and search for the soap

if you have health insurance then i would recommed seeing a dermatologist b/c they will prescribe an oral antibiotic to reduce the infection plus the topical ointment and wash. if you don't have insurance then try what i said

good luck
