HELP I've been getting massively acne, could the reason be this?

by admin on July 19, 2009

Well, I'm an acne person, and since january I started a routine to wash my face on morning and on night, with an anti acne soap, this DID help me, I also watched out food, didn't eat too much oil btw, yesterday I ate a whole pack of spaghetti, chocolate, and some really suggary products. Could this be the case? and how much does it needs for an acne to go away

If you are female, the problem can be pms/allergies related. If you are male-ALLERGIES to the food you are eating. My son and I are allergic to milk, wheat, corn, yeast, rice, and potatoes. The milk and wheat causes us to break out-BUT, very little-more like eczema for my son. Thank God, my family's side-never prone to more than 1 or 2 pimples at most if ever broke out. I have such dry skin, I actually have to add baby oil under my makeup to keep it from flaking. Most women are like wtf??? lol But, I do have to take it off or once in a blue moon if I go to sleep with it, I may wake up to a small pimple. We use Wal-mart's brand of face washing..cheaper than name brand…and stay low on the milk/wheat. The other allergies makes us red face/flushed for a bit and hyper. If the foods you are eating is causing you to break out-cut back drastically. Good Luck……

PS..no offense, but..teens who do drugs, are more prone to acne. Not saying that is your reason for, just saying, I know kids who did it when I was in school and even now, the ones I know – neighbor's kids who do it, breaks out all the time. I was never into that bs, so I didn't have to worry about it. If your skin is very oily, then you need a really good facial wash.
